1:1 Coaching
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and are held in my home office in Salisbury, MD or via Zoom.

In the client-led coaching relationship, we will:
Explore untapped resources, including your own inner wisdom
Identify what is and what’s not working for you
Name your goal(s) and take actionable steps toward them
Evaluate your core values and focus on what’s most important to you
Integrate head, heart, and body to bring balance and stability
Identify limiting messages and evaluate their usefulness or truthfulness
Help you reclaim your purpose, return to your Self, and optimize your natural giftedness and strengths
Coaching can also be a great option for individuals stepping into or out of counseling or for those who are looking for additional support for personal growth. You’ll work with a Master Certified Life Coach to identify your challenges and goals, build on your unique strengths, and address those areas that are holding you back from living the life you were meant to live. Together we’ll develop a personalized plan that will include practical application steps and guided practices. Through proven coaching techniques, we’ll challenge patterns and beliefs that are not congruent with your values, are not working for you or that are not conducive to your growth. You’ll walk away with clear objectives, actionable next step(s), and clarity on your path. Get ready to lean into your own inner wisdom, find your voice, overcome limiting habitual patterns, and become more effective and intentional in your interpersonal relationships.

Enneagram Teaching
The Enneagram is a personality typing system that maps out nine archetypes of the human personality. Centered around core motivation and rooted in psychology, spirituality, and somatics, the Enneagram has become a widely known and highly effective tool for personal growth and transformation.
As a certified Enneagram teacher, I am equipped to help you understand your type structure, core motivation, defense mechanisms, subtype, focus of attention, and more. Together we’ll discover what the perennial wisdom of the Enneagram has to teach you.
When paired with life coaching, the Enneagram is a great option for individuals concerned with personal growth and who want to grow beyond old habits and patterns that cause relationship challenges.
Personal or corporate groups can benefit from Enneagram teaching to better understand group dynamics and interpersonal relationships, learn to manage and thrive with differences in motivation and behavior, and foster unity and production within the membership.

Typing Interview, individuals, 75 minute session
Typing Interview plus two 60 minute Integrative Sessions package
Enneagram Study Groups, three 90 minute sessions, group size limited to 12
