The Enneagram is…

  • Personalized

The Enneagram will help you uncover unconscious motivations, core fears, and focuses of attention. Naming these is the first step to healing, and knowing and loving yourself is the first step to knowing and loving others well.

  • Time tested

Its ancient origins point to its rich and storied history. The Enneagram was passed down from spiritual guide to student for many generations, and we who benefit from its wisdom today are part of that incredible lineage.

  • Integrative

The Enneagram will reveal areas where you are overusing some resources and underusing others. Understanding your type structure will help you regain balance and integration of head, heart, and body which will positively affect all areas of your life.

The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal and collective transformation.

In simplistic terms, it’s a personality typing system, but it’s so much more than that. It’s an invitation to personal growth; it offers a pathway, a map if you will, to self-work. The Enneagram helps us get beyond the learned, rote patterns that we adopted from our earliest stages of development which ensured our survival, and gives us tools to manage our environment in a more healthy, productive, holistic way. In short, it’s a tool that helps us see beyond our masks and allows the diamond within, our True Self, to shine.

The words Ennea and Grammos are Greek words meaning “Nine” and “a written figure or symbol” and refer to the image you often see of the nine-sided figure associated with the Enneagram. This figure consists of three parts: a circle, an inner triangle, and an irregular hexagon.
